I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
'An Ordinance for granting "Patents for Inventions" within this Colony',
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
Ordinance No. 32 of 1889 omitted the words "to 1888". I have, therefore, inserted the words, repealing and re-enacting the Ordinance,
